A Castle Rock City Library Service Levy measure was on the August 17, 2010 ballot in the city of Castle Rock which is in Cowlitz County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 298 (62.34%)Approveda
  • NO 180 (37.66%)[1]

This measure sought to implement a levy in the city for the library set at a rate of $.50 per $1,000 of assessed property for one year in order to pay for operational and maintenance costs of the libraries in the city.[2]
