A Poynette School District Bond Measure was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the Poynette school district area which is in Columbia County.

This measure was approved

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $1.28 million in order to make improvements and upgrades to the school facility buildings. Around $.12 per $1,000 of assessed property value will be added to resident's current tax rates for the duration of the bond. The district will be able to qualify for $1 million in interest free loans if applied for before December 31, 2011.[1]
