Deal received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana State University. He received his J.D.from Indiana University's McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.[1]
Career
At the time of his candidacy, Deal worked in private practice in the areas of general practice, probate law, real estate title, and criminal law.[1]
2012 election
Deal ran against incumbent Joseph D. Trout in the 2012 election, but was defeated.[2]
