Meghann Olshefski

Meghann Olshefski joined Ballotpedia as Director of Operations in 2019. Before joining Ballotpedia, Meghann served as an operations consultant, leading human resources, financial operations and recruiting for three public affairs agencies in Washington, D.C. Prior, she managed human resources, onboarding and benefits administration for the Center for Shared Services (now Stand Together) and also served as Director of Operations for the David All Group (DAG), a public affairs and digital marketing agency. At DAG, she led HR, operations and recruiting and spearheaded the planning of the firm's annual conference, AMP Summit, that focused on the intersection of technology and the realms of activism, media and policy. Meghann lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., with her husband and daughter.
