In 1980, voters decided on 22 statewide ballot measures in California. On June 3, voters decided on 11. On November 4, voters decided on 11.

  • Two were initiated constitutional amendments.
  • Two were initiated state statutes.
  • 13 were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
  • Five were bond issues.
  • Voters approved 12 (54.55%) and rejected 10 (45.45%).
