Caridad Rodriguez (Democratic Party) is a member of the Hudson County Board of County Commissioners in New Jersey, representing District 7. Rodriguez assumed office on January 1, 2021. Rodriguez's current term ends in 2027.
Rodriguez (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Hudson County Board of County Commissioners to represent District 7 in New Jersey. Rodriguez won in the general election on November 7, 2023.
Rodriguez formerly served in the New Jersey General Assembly, representing District 33 from 2008 till her resignation in May 2011. She resigned to become a member of the West New York Commission. She served as Deputy Majority Leader while in the Assembly. Rodriguez served as the West New York Commissioner of Parks and Public Property from 2006 to 2007.[1][2]

Primary election
Hudson County, New Jersey, held partisan primary elections for county clerk and all nine of its board of chosen freeholders on June 6, 2017. The top vote recipient in each party's primary advanced to the general election.[3] Incumbent Caridad Rodriguez ran unopposed in the Democratic primary election for District 7 of the board of chosen freeholders.

2011
Rodriguez did not seek re-election in 2011. Her home was re-drawn out of the 33rd District during the 2011 redistricting process.[4]
2009
Rodriguez successfully won re-election in the November 3, 2009, general election. She was bracketed with Ruben Ramos, Jr. and defeated Republican challengers Beth Hamburger and John Barbadillo.[5][6]
