Primary: She was defeated in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 15.4 percent of the vote. She competed against Jesus E. Morales, Paul M. Vazaldua, Jr., Jaime Munoz, Juan Vasquez, Pete Garcia, Eloy Trevino, and Elvia Rios. [1][2][3]
