Campaign themes

2015

Hines completed a voter guide profile for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

What are your top priorities for the district?

My top priority is the children. The children in the district need to receive the best education possible so they have the opportunity to compete and perform well in their post-secondary academics. We also must ensure that the district’s accreditation is continued and ensure that the necessary teachers and staff are in place with the tools they require to be successful.

Why are you qualified to serve in this office?

My education and life experiences have provided me with the necessary tools to ensure that the proper decisions are being made concerning the children.[8]
