Xiaohan Peng (also known as Shannon) is an at-large member of the Edison Township Public Schools school board in New Jersey. Peng won the seat in the at-large general election on November 8, 2016.

Three of the nine seats on the Edison Township Public Schools school board were up for at-large general election on November 8, 2016. Theresa Ward was the sole incumbent to run for re-election. Ward, Richard Brescher, and Xiaohan Peng defeated William Araujo for the three seats up for election. Nilesh Dasondi originally filed to run but withdrew from the race before the election.[1]
