J. David Rigler was a district court judge for the 12th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in May 2012 to a term that expired in 2016.[2]
Education
Rigler received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[3]
