Born in Chicago to Marvin Needham and Concepcion Crisantes.

Mexican/American Went to school at Our Lady of Lourdes and Saint Gregory High. Married to Deborah Needham with two kids. Worked in a variety of jobs. ranging from the auto industry to retail to manufacturing. Politically was a Democrat turned Republican. More of a centrist looking to work across the aisle to get legislation done. This is the greatest country in the world. We need to keep it that way.
