Maurice Neblett was born in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Highland Springs High School and Hermitage High School. He attended J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and earned a bachelor's degree from Virginia Union University in 2018. His career experience includes working as a business owner.[1]
