Thomas E. Kunz was a candidate for Toms River Township representative on the Toms River Board of Education in New Jersey. He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014. Kunz, Jeremy D. Grunin and Teri Kubiel ran as a slate.
Biography
Kunz earned his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School. He is a partner at his own law firm Brady & Kunz. He won the 1994 Pro Bono Service Award.[1]

Three seats on the Toms River school board were up for general election on November 4, 2014. Three incumbents of the Toms River Township district, Alex Pavliv, Loreen Torrone, and Ben Giovine were up for re-election, but Pavliv did not file to run. Torrone and Giovine faced challengers Robert Onofrietti Jr., Jeremy D. Grunin, Christopher Raimann, Teri Kubiel, Valarie T. Seidner, and Thomas E. Kunz in the general election. Grunin, Kubiel, and Kunz ran as a slate called Accomplishing More Together, while Giovine, Torrone, and Onofrietti ran as The Clean Slate for TRBOE.[2]
