Michael Bagge-Hernandez is a judge of the Hillsborough County Court in Florida. He assumed office in 2019. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Bagge-Hernandez won re-election for judge of the Hillsborough County Court in Florida outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

On December 19, 2019, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) appointed Bagge-Hernandez to the Hillsborough County Court to replace Jared Smith, who had been elevated to the Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court.[1]
