Nan Waller

Nan Waller is a judge for Position 2 of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court. She assumed office in 2001. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Waller won re-election for the Position 2 judge of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court outright in the primary on May 19, 2020, after the general election was canceled.

Education

Waller earned her B.A. from Stanford University in 1976. She earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1979.[1]
