The Kentucky Equalization Fund Referendum was on the November 4, 1941 ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted 10 percent of money appropriated by the legislature for school purposes to be used in an equalization fund, instead of being divided on a per capita basis.
