Biography

Myra Payne was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She served in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 2007. Payne earned a bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University in 1985 and a graduate degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in 1994. Her career experience includes working as a nurse.[1]
