Bill Winney (Republican Party) ran for election to the Wyoming State Senate to represent District 14. He lost in the Republican primary on August 20, 2024.
Biography
Bill Winney was born in Bondurant, Wyoming. He served in the United States Navy from 1972 to 2002. Winney earned a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1972 and a master's degree from the Catholic University of America in 2000.[1]
