The Alabama General Fund Rainy Day Account Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 5, 2002, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to create a rainy day account in the Alabama Trust Fund.[1]
