The Alabama Tallapoosa County Court Costs Amendment, also known as Amendment 24, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to authorize the county commission of Tallapoosa County to modify the costs and charges of the courts in that county.[1][2]
