The Alabama Tallapoosa County Emergency Services Amendment, also known as Amendment 25, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure added Amendment 572 to the Alabama Constitution, permitting Tallapoosa County to assess a fee to provide support for fire and emergency medical services in the county.[1][2]
