Alan M. Black

Alan M. Black was a judge on the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] He was first elected to the court in 1997. In 2008, Black retired and continued for some time as a senior judge.[2]
Education
Black earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1960, and his J.D. from Harvard University in 1963.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Black was a solicitor and was the chairman of the Lehigh County Court Procedural Rules Committee.[2]
Salary
As a senior judge for the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Black earned $534 for each day served.[4]
