Albert W. Patrick, III
Albert W. Patrick III was a district court judge for the 8th Judicial District in Hampton, Virginia. He was first appointed to the bench in 1995 and served until his death in October 2017.[1]
Biography
Patrick received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Virginia.[2] After earning his law degree in 1976, he opened a law firm with his uncle, Louis R. Lerner. He also served on the Hampton School Board for 10 years during the 1980s and 1990s. Patrick died on October 9, 2017, of complications from open-heart surgery.[1]
