Alexander Kim was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Tarrant County Criminal Court in Texas.[1]

Kim ran for election to the Tarrant County Criminal Court, Texas.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 34.2 percent of the vote. He competed against Bob McCoy and Casey Cole.
Runoff: Because no candidate 50 percent of the vote, Kim faced McCoy in a runoff election on May 27, 2014. He was defeated, earning 40 percent of the votes cast.

Education
Kim received an undergraduate degree in economics from Baylor University. Years later, he returned to school to graduate with a J.D. from Texas A&M University.[4]
Career
Prior to earning his J.D., Kim held a variety of positions in the nonprofit sector and in the IT departments of Fortune and Global 500 companies. He eventually started his own computer network design and consulting firm in New Orleans before returning to Texas for law school.[4]
Since graduating, Kim has worked as a private practice attorney in Fort Worth.[4]
