An Allen County Children Services Levy Replacement measure was on the May 4, 2010 ballot in Allen County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 9,005 (56.59%)Approveda
  • NO 6,907 (43.41%)[1]

This measure sought to replace the current children's services levy which is set to expire with a levy set at a rate of .75 mills for a period of five years in order to continue offering children services such as placement of foster children in the county.[2]
