There was a Amending of Cave Creek Rezoning Map, Proposition 401 on the November 3 ballot in Maricopa County for voters in Cave Creek.
This proposition sought to rezone the three parcels of land located in the southern part of the town from desert rural to general commercial. This would allow businesses to build in this area.[1]
