Andrew Berman
Andrew Berman was a judge on the Cook County 9th Subcircuit in Illinois.[1] He was elected to the court in 1996.[2] Berman left office on January 29, 2015.[3]

Berman was retained to the Cook County 9th Subcircuit with 75.4 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [4]
Evaluations
The Illinois State Bar Association rated Andrew Berman as Recommended for retention in 2014.[5]
Education
Berman earned a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, going on to receive his J.D. from the University of Illinois. He was admitted to the bar in 1975.[6]
Career
Prior to his election to the court, Berman was an assistant public defender for Cook County. Before that, he worked as an assistant in the Office of the State Appellate Defender.[2]
