Andrew H. Dowling is a judge on the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected in 2009.[1]

Education

Dowling earned his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law.[2]

Career

Prior to joining the court Dowling was an attorney for Mette, Evans and Woodside and was a Deputy District Attorney in the 1980s.[3]
