Ann H. Lokuta
Ann H. Lokuta was one of the Common Pleas judges of Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1]
Removal from office
Lokuta was removed from office in 2008.[1] The Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline voted 4-3 on January 4, 2010, to uphold its decision to remove her from the court.[2] She appealed the ruling, claiming that her rights to due process were violated during the disciplinary hearing.[3] The Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected her bid for reinstatement with a 4-1 vote on January 14, 2011.[4]
