An Antwerp Village Fire Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Paulding County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the village of Antwerp to renew a property tax levy of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fun fire protection and emergency medical services.[1]
