This page lists the statistics for school bond, tax and budget votes held in the second half of 2010 in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin.
School Bond Votes
No state had a significant amount of school bonds held in the second half of the year, though Wisconsin had the most with 18, 56 percent of them being approved. Ohio held 14 bond votes and had all of them defeated. Michigan had 19 bond votes, with a 68 percent approval, Arizona had 15 with a 73 percent approval. Washington and Illinois both had more defeated than approved, with Washington having 1 of 7 approved, a 14 percent approval and Illinois having 3 of 7 approved, a 43 percent approval.

School Property Tax
Ohio had by far the largest amount of school tax votes held in the second half of the year, most of the occurring during the November election. Though even with the large amount of votes, barely half were approved and many of those were repeat tries from school districts trying to get measures passed for the third or fourth time. Michigan had the next highest with 43 measures. They had a higher approval rating though, 70 percent. Colorado, Florida and Washington then had the next largest amount of measures held, all with fairly high approval ratings. Missouri was the only state with a approval rating below 50 percent.

School Budget
Only Arizona and Wisconsin had elections covered by the site in regards to school budgets. These measures had asked residents to allow for budget overrides, would allow for the school districts to go over the state set limits.

School Income Tax
Only Ohio had the option to have a sales tax benefit just their schools, though a majority of the proposed measures were defeated.
