The Arkansas Arkansas Repeal Horse and Dog Racing, Initiated Act No. 2, also known as Initiated Act No. 2, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have prohibited horse and dog racing.[1]
