Arthur R. Tilson
Arthur R. Tilson was a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Tilson was first appointed to the court by then Governor Tom Ridge in June of 2001. He was then elected to a 10-year term in November of 2001. Tilson was retained in 2011 but reached the mandatory retirement age of 70 in 2013.[1][2]
Education
Tilson earned his undergraduate degree from Stonehill College and his J.D. from Villanova University.[3]
Salary
As a Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas judge, Tilson earned $173,271 annually.[4]
2011 election
Branca was retained in the 2011 election, winning a "yes" vote of 77.7%.[5][6]
