Language on the ballot:

Shall Article VIII, Section 8.06.01 of the Charter of the City of Bedford Heights be amended to eliminate the provision that if the Director of Public Service is removed other than for cause he/she shall be entitled to return to the position in the Division of Public Service held prior to his/her appointment as Director?[1][2]
