Bennie Ferguson was a Libertarian candidate for District 104 of the Kansas House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 3, 2010 and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Ferguson's opponents in the November 2 general election were Democratic candidate Jack Mace and Republican incumbent Michael O'Neal. According to official results, O'Neal defeated Mace and Ferguson with 4,956 votes; Mace received 2,828 votes and Ferguson received 388.[1]
