Brady G. Elliott is the judge of the 268th District Court in Texas.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Elliott ran for re-election to the 268th District Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 76.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Roxie Roll.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 4, 2014. [2][3][4]

Elliott defeated Democrat Albert Hollan in the general election.[5]

Education

Elliott received his undergraduate degree from McMurry University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[6]

Career

Elliott has been the judge of the 268th District Court for 20 years. He is also a published author. He wrote a portion of the book Capital Murder Bench Book for Judges.[7]
