A Brady Township Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Williams County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Township of Brady to renew a property tax levy of up to 0.5 mill ($0.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to provide for the maintenance and operationg of cemeteries in the Township.[1]

Language on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Brady Township for the purpose of maintaining and operating cemeteries at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.05 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2]
