Carl F. Gerds, III is a district court judge for the 38th District Court in Michigan.[1] Gerds was elected to a six-year term in November 2008, commencing on January 1, 2009 and expiring on December 31, 2015.[2] On November 4, 2014, Gerds was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[3]
