Carol K. McGinley is the president judge of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] McGinley was first elected to the court in 1985. She was retained in 1995, 2005 and 2015. Her current term expires in 2025.[2]

McGinley earned her undergraduate degree from Manhattanville College and her J.D. from Georgetown University.[3]
