Carol L. Van Horn was a judge on the Franklin-Fulton County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Van Horn was elected in 1999 and retained in 2009.[2] She retired in December 2018.[3]

Education

Van Horn earned her undergraduate degree in 1979 from Juniata College and her J.D. in 1982 from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University.[4]
