A Castalia Village Electrical Aggregation Question was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Castalia which is in Erie County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 170 (57.82%)Approveda
  • NO 124 (42.18%)[1]

This measure sought to allow the village to aggregate the village's electricity supply, opting for cheaper rates. Resident have the option to opt out of the program if they wanted.[2]
