Chad Gulstrom is a magistrate for the 3rd Judicial District of Idaho, serving Canyon County. He was appointed to the court on September 25, 2020 by the District Magistrates Commission to replace James A. "J.R." Schiller.[1]
Education
Gulstrom received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Idaho in 1993, and a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1997.[2]
