Charles H. Saylor is a judge on the Northumberland County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Saylor was first elected to the court in 2001. He was retained in 2011 to a term that expires in 2021.[2]

Saylor earned his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Pennsylvania State University.[3]

Saylor was retained with a "yes" vote of 78.9%.[4]
