A City of Cypress Mackay Place Rezoning Question, Measure R ballot question was on the November 4, 2014 election ballot for voters in the city of Cypress in Orange County, California. It was approved.
Upon approval, Measure R rezoned the property at 8721 Cypress Avenue from PS-1A Public & Semi-Public to PC Planned Community (PC-13). The property in question fell under the jurisdiction of the Mackay Place Specific Plan, a copy of which is available at the City Clerk's office.[1]
