A City of Selma Hotel Tax, Measure R ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Selma in Fresno County, California, where it was defeated.
If Measure R had been approved, it would have authorized the city to increase its hotel tax from 6% to 10%.
A simple majority vote was required for approval.
