A Clay Township Police Levy Increase measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Clay which is in Scioto County.

This measure sought to replace and increase the current police levy to one set at a rate of $.34 per $100 of assessed property value for a further three years in order to continue to pay for police protection services in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| A replacement of 3.1 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 0.3 mill to constitute tax for the benefit of Clay Township for the purpose of police protection: Motor vehicles, communications, payment of salaries or equipment used directly in the operation of the police department, ambulance/emergency medical services by a police department, at a rate not exceeding 3.4 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.34 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3] |
