Clemente Gutierrez
Clemente Gutierrez was the justice of the peace for Precinct 4 in Zapata County, Texas. He left the bench after his term expired in 2014.[1][2][3]

2010
Gutierrez won the Democratic primary, receiving 53.5 percent of the vote. He was re-elected to the justice court after running unopposed in the general election.[4]
