Colleen McNally
Colleen McNally was a judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. She was initially appointed in February 2001 and won election to full four-year terms in 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016. McNally retired in September 2017.[1]
McNally was a commissioner on the court from 1997 until her judicial appointment.
Biography
McNally received her undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego and her J.D. from the University of Arizona. She worked as a deputy county public defender in the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office, an assistant attorney general in the Arizona Attorney General's Office, and as a deputy county attorney in the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.[2]

Elections
2016
Arizona held elections for 80 superior court judgeships on November 8, 2016. Sixty-three of those seats were up for retention election. Three counties—Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal—use retention elections for their superior courts.[3]

McNally was retained with 67.83 percent of the vote in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
