Cornelius J. Moriarty, II was an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Mitt Romney in 2006.[2] Moriarty may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]

Education

Moriarty received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his J.D. from Suffolk University.[4]

Career

Prior to his judicial career, Moriarty practiced law for thirty years in Holyoke, Massachusetts.[2]
