A Crown City Village Fire Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Crown City which is in Gallia County.

This measure sought to add to the current fire levy by a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the village.[2]
Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
An additional tax for the benefit of Village of Crown City for the purpose of FIRE PROTECTION at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3] |
